1. Data Collection and Processing
We collect personal identification information (Name, Email, Phone) and project-related data (Service interest, Project specifications) solely for the purpose of executing the requested web engineering services and maintaining operational communication. We process this data based on the legal basis of contractual necessity and legitimate interest.
2. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws. Once the service engagement is concluded and the statutory retention period (typically 5-7 years for financial records in Denmark) has elapsed, data is securely purged from our primary systems.
3. Data Security
AureliaCoreLabs employs advanced technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls within our development environment.
RESOURCE RECLAMATION
At AureliaCoreLabs, we operate on a milestone-based payment structure to ensure transparency and mutual alignment.
1. Milestone-Based Refunds
Refunds for completed milestones are generally not applicable once the work has been delivered and accepted. However, if a milestone is cancelled prior to the commencement of work, a full refund of the associated advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.
2. Cancellation of Entire Project
In the event of a full project cancellation, AureliaCoreLabs will provide a detailed breakdown of hours worked and resources consumed. Any remaining balance from the initial deposit will be returned to the client, minus the costs for work already executed up to the point of termination.
3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding invoices or refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date. We are committed to resolving all discrepancies through direct professional dialogue.
